Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

3 1/2 c flour
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
1 c cocoa
1 c butter or margarine

2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
1/2 c milk
32 marshmallows cut in half
1 c walnut or pecan halves
Sift flour, salt, soda, and cocoa together. Cream butter and sugar, add milk, eggs and vanilla. Beat well and add dry ingred. Drop on cookie sheet by teas., bake 8 minutes 350. Press marshmallow half on top and bake 2 minutes. cool completely and frost.
Frosting (I double this as it seems there is never enough.)
4 c 10x sugar
10 T cocoa
1/4 t salt
6 T butter
8-10 T milk.
Frost cookie and top with nut.
