1 quart Oliverio’s medium peppers in tomato sauce
4 - 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
2 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 tsp dried cilantro
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
2 Tbsp sugar
salt & pepper to taste

If you prefer a spicier sauce, add Hot sauce or hot pepper seeds to taste.
Chop peppers in small pieces. Place in large pot and add other ingredients. Heat on stove until hot. Makes 1 gallon.

May also add:
15 oz can black beans
15 oz can whole corn
